CHOUX DE BRUXELLES is a management and label that
operates from Brussels. In analogy with the city, the bands and projects
housed at Choux de Bruxelles find themselves on the crossroads of cultures,
languages and genres, in a mixture of low and high (-fi and -culture),
integrating elements of the past and the presen, of the street and the
salon.
What all the bands and projects at Choux de Bruxelles have in common is
the multicultural range of thought and their bold approach. One s musical
culture and background is constantly confronted with those of others.
The incessant exchange of elements of culture,
tradition, humour, language
and genre accross the European boundaries and beyond, produces not only
a whole new sound but often even a new and richer identity. One that is
fuelled, claimed and embraced by all it's participants.

met Brussel als uitvalsbasis. De groepen en projecten bij Choux de Bruxelles
zitten net zoals die stad op het kruispunt van culturen, talen en muziekstijlen,
in een mix van low en high (-fi en -culture), van vandaag en morgen, van
de straat en van het salon.
Wat de groepen en projecten van Choux de Bruxelles bindt is het uitgesproken
multiculturele gedachtengoed en de eigenzinnige aanpak: de eigen muzikale
cultuur en bagage worden continu met die van anderen geconfronteerd. En
dat geeft een heel eigen geluid, een nieuwe identiteit zelfs: het resultaat
