Choux de Bruxelles is an artist collective, organizing its own management and record label. All  projects at Choux de Bruxelles have in common a multicultural range of ideas and influence. The most internationally known bands to emerge from Choux de Bruxelles are Jaune Toujours and Mec Yek.

Jaune Toujours vs. Gangbe Brass Band:
Afrobelbeat (Be/Nin)

In 2006, Jaune Toujours and Gangbé Brass Band form Benin worked together for a first time (festival concerts at Brosella and Esperanzah!).

In 2011, they take it a step further with new arrangements ànd new songs, presented at concerts in 4 Belgian venues.

Beginning of 2012, the collaboration project will tour in Benin.

Open for booking at Festivals summer 2012 and Cultural Centers season 2012-2013.

June 11: Jaune Toujours & Mec Yek nominated, Blindnote wins Octave de la Musique 2011, category World Music
Les Octaves represent a yearly award by the French speaking community in Belgium, given to artists form different musical disciplines. Professionals are responsible for the selection: agents, managers, labels, artists and distributors.

Felicitations for winner Blindnote, whose cd is distributed in the UK via Choux de Bruxelles, getting very positive press reactions as a result.
