Concert

Kokopelli est un festival de musique du monde de trois jours qui, depuis 2007, est organisé chaque année à Gullegem en Flandre occidentale par les bénévoles de Vzw Kokopelli. Le festival se déroule le troisième week-end de mai, dans et autour de la ferme rénovée «Goet Te Wynckele». Le Festival Kokopelli propose des performances multiculturelles, comédie stand-up et du théâtre de rue sur deux scènes différentes.

On the 2nd of December they unite young and old with workshops for children, a Syrian meal by Dine With us, comedy, inspirational speeches, music and an after party! Together with their volunteers, partners, families and everybody who holds Vluchtelingenwerk dear, we will make this an unforgettable evening!

Qotob Trio plays a post concert to the world première of 'Songs for the Crossing' by Belgian composer Jeroen D’hoe, based on text by Stefan Hertmans.
It reminds us of the infamous crossing of the Yser in Tervaete during World War I. But at the same time, the project could not be more up-to-date: ’the crossing’ is a metaphor for the current migration of refugees all over the world.
